What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds on face masks, but if any other item is damaged, does not fit appropriately, or an incorrect order, then we will be happy to offer you a full refund with the return of your item in the same condition in which it was sent, with tags and product in tact. Once we receive your return, we will then issue a refund which typically take up to 7 business days.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! We take custom orders. Please contact us via our contact form to inquire.
How long does it take to ship?
If your item is readily available and in-stock, you can choose your shipping on the checkout page. Please note, this does not include special orders. Please allow 48 hours for processing.
What are your products made of?

Are all items one-of-a-kind?
Yes, because all items are handmade, there are unique touches to each.
